Al-Qadr had been arrested about two months before his daughter’s death, near Kalansua, after entering Israel in search of work. He was accused of taking part in an auto theft incident although he denied being involved in it.

Hearing of his daughter’s death al-Qadr asked to take part in his daughter’s funeral. But two Tel Aviv District judges did not see fit to release him. Al-Qadr appealed to the High Court of Justice to be released at least for the three days of mourning. But Justice Asher Grunis scheduled the debate to take place after the mourning period.

(Notice Al-Qadr was “accused” and “suspected” in an “auto theft incident”, never do the jews say Al-Qadr was convicted or they had any evidence, just “suspected” earned him at least half a year in jail.)
Here is the link even though i hate linking to these donkeys.
